What’s With Orkut?

Am I the only one or is Orkut down generally? Pages take hours to load. Clicking on any link on anyone’s profile takes me back to my homepage, photos refuse to get uploaded showing that javascript : void (0); error, scraps don’t get sent…anyone else facing the issues?
